Our Buy Back Program is a program to assist our buyers in giving them the assurance they need that for any reason they don't like their new home, the Bob Lucido Team will buy it back up to 18 months after settlement.*

The program works like this: At any time, after you've purchased and settled a home with the Bob Lucido Team up to 18 months, you decide you don't like your home, contact Bob Lucido and he will personally come out and inspect your home, as well as give you a market evaluation on what your home is worth.

The Bob Lucido Team will price your house based on the market value of the home, and there will be a series of price reductions over a four-month period of time. At the end of four months, if we don't sell your home, Bob will buy it for an agreed upon price upfront in writing.
