Over the past 33 years, Bob Lucido has led a successful career in the real estate industry. He became one of the youngest individuals in Maryland to begin his real estate career at age 18. Fifteen years later, Bob opened Builder's 1st Choice (BFC), a new home sales and marketing company for builders in the Baltimore metro area. Often selling 2,000-3,000 properties a year, BFC expanded its service area and became the largest sales and marketing firm for builders on the East Coast. The company expanded to six offices spanning the East Coast, which included a market research and recruitment division, sales training department for the sales team and an array of marketing services. When the need for a specialized land group was recognized, Lucido created BFC Land providing land to builders. In addition, a unique condominium company was developed to handle the sales of condos and active adult properties for builders and developers.

Tracy has been involved in the real estate business since she moved to Maryland from Connecticut in 1987. Through her extensive involvement in new home sales, property management, resale, leasing, and investment properties, Tracy can consult and guide her clients in a very unique way.

Jennifer's role as Team Manager entails managing and overseeing all aspects of our administrative services to our clients and agents. Having been in the housing industry for 20 years, from Architectural Design in new home construction, Realtor, Computer Generated Tours for Renovations and Additions, Administrative Support for Client, Agent, Executive Services, and now in Management, Jennifer is passionate about her professional career, and aims to provide the best possible service at all times.

Leslie Rosenthal is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, Builder Division, where she develops relationships with builders and sales people to market the various programs offered through The BLT, engages small volume builders for listings and sales, recruits new agents, plans and executes trade shows, and secures listing referrals. She began her career in new home sales and marketing in 1999. When deciding on a career in real estate, she explored both general brokerage and new homes and felt that her niche was new product where she could best use her sales and creative skills.

Terri Suhre has lived in Maryland for over 40 years. She specializes in Anne Arundel, Calvert and Prince George’s counties and has also sold homes in other counties throughout Maryland. Terri will go the extra distance to assure you that your home sale or purchase is as important to her as it is to you.
