Scott Alder
Scott has been a licensed realtor for over 20 years and has led a successful and vast Real estate career. He began as a full time sales associate in a small brokerage and later transitioned into sales management for Coldwell in 1995. In 1997, Scott joined the Central Atlantic Region of ReMax International as a Francise Sales Director and was instrumental in the opening of numerous ReMax franchises. Impressed with success and growth of ReMax International, Scott has remained with the ReMax brand ever since.
He was recruited as a sales trainer and manager in 2001 by ReMax Executive; became Broker/Owner and managing Partner of his own franchise from 2004 - 2008. He joined The Bob Lucido Team / ReMax Advantage in 2009.
He has achieved ReMax 100% Club honors since 2003 and is a member of the ReMax Hall of Fame for overall career sales production.
