    Last Minute Valentine’s Plans

Valentine’s Day can sneak up quickly during these winter months! Don’t get stuck staying in, watching netflix, and ordering take-out because you didn’t plan ahead. The perfect Valentine’s date can be improvised in a flash with just a little bit of creativity, and we’re here to help! Whether you’re in the mood for a romantic night in with your significant other, or a fun night out with your friends, these last minute ideas will make for a quick and easy Valentine’s Day to remember!

    Themed Dinner + a Movie –

Avoid the restaurant crowds and cook a delicious meal at home with your S.O. then snuggle up on the couch and watch a movie! Just a quick trip to the grocery store on your way home from work is all the prepping you need. Try picking a movie that matches the theme of your dinner. For example, cook tacos, make salsa, and drink margaritas, then watch a movie set in Mexico!

A Trip to the Spa –

Relax and unwind with a couple’s massage, mud bath, facial, and more. Check your local spa for special Valentine’s packages and deals that cater to you and your S.O.’s exact needs. If you can’t find a spa or salon that takes walk-ins near you, no worries! Head to the beauty and/or toiletries sections of your local convenience store tp grab face masks, body scrubs, candles, and aromatherapy products to set the mood. You can DIY a spa night at home!

Cozy up by the Fire –

Grab some s’more’s, blankets, cushions, hot cocoa, and fuzzy socks and head to your fireplace or outdoor fire pit! Enjoy the warmth and sound of the flames while you get back to what really matters, quality alone time with your partner or friends. All you need are your snacks and fire starting supplies which you might already have at home! If not, you can quickly grab them from your local convenience store.

    Couples Cooking Class –

Another great alternative to booked up restaurants, try attending a couple’s cooking class later in the evening. See how well you can take the heat in the kitchen together while learning how to prepare each others favorite meals. If it’s too late to enroll, follow along with a cooking tutorial online and experience the class from the comfort of your home. Bonus: you’ll be able to surprise them with their favorite dish in the future!

    Wine Tasting –

Celebrate with a wine bar crawl! It’s probably too late to book a trip to a local vineyard, but you can still treat yourselves at local bars and restaurants. Sip reds and whites from all over the world while enjoying small charcuterie boards, snacks, and laughs with your friends or S.O.

It will be a super thoughtful date last minute!
