    Bob Lucido Team created the Elite Agent Training program to offer new or young agents the unparalleled opportunity of learning every aspect of real estate brokerage from the masterminds behind the #1 team in the world. Over a two year rotational program, trainees will be mentored personally by Bob and Tracy Lucido as well as our COO, Team Leader, and Marketing Director. Trainees will gain extensive knowledge and experience in areas encompassing client acquisition, database management, marketing, negotiation, market analysis, contract to close processes, transaction coordination, business development, and professionalism coaching.

     

    Elite Agent Training is a demanding and accelerated program tailored to talented professionals that have the necessary skills, strength of character, leadership traits, ambition, and work ethic to thrive as a top producing agent in the country. If you want to accelerate your career in real estate brokerage by a number of years, there is no greater opportunity.

     

    The program is limited to two Elite Agents-in-Training. One junior trainee is accepted into the program each year.

     

    Requirements:

    • Maryland Real Estate License (within two month of acceptance)

    • Membership in a local real estate board (within two months of acceptance)

    • Prior work experience (not required to be in real estate)

    CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

    The objective of the Client Care Coordinator is to support the day to day on-goings of busy Real Estate Agents in a very busy real estate office. Prior Real Estate Transaction Coordination experience is required.

    Client Care Coordinator Responsibilities include:

    • Process real estate transactions from beginning to end, this includes listings, buyer’s contracts, rental transactions and Requests for Commission (RFCs) for Real Estate Agents
    • Consult and coordinate with Marketing, Staging and Photography teams to obtain property photos, staging, signage, lockbox, access requirements and marketing activities
    • Work with real estate software system to successfully create and close agent transactions
    • Perform final review and check all completed transactions for correct paperwork
    • Input client information into database system
    • Input all listing information into MLS as needed
    • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
    • Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems
    • Troubleshoot questions from agents regarding their transactions, commission checks
    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails

    Requirements:

    • Prior Real Estate Transaction Coordination experience is required
    • Maryland Real Estate License is preferred
    • Prior experience with MRIS is required, Dotloop and Salesforce are highly preferred
    • Ability to coordinate and communicate with staff and agents in a warm and helpful manner using exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our agents, maintaining a professional positive service-oriented attitude
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once with regards to communication, timely task completion, prioritization and accuracy while being cost-effective, resourceful and solutions oriented
    • Ability and Willingness to work as a team player, assisting others when needed

    INSIDE SALES AGENT – Ellicott City Office

    Are you an ACE on the phone? Do you have a strong desire to do what it takes to succeed and get the deal done? Then we want you! We are looking for a determined and enthusiastic INSIDE SALES AGENT to join Bob Lucido Team of Keller Williams Integrity – the #1 Keller Williams team in the world. We are seeking a professional individual who will embody our core values and exemplify our team philosophy of Integrity, Knowledge, Results. The candidate will be working with an energetic and dynamic team of real estate professionals to prospect and cultivate business. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, in our Ellicott City, MD office. Real Estate experience is a plus.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to memorize, practice and deliver prospecting scripts.
    • A consistently positive attitude and customer service mentality.
    • Organized, systematic and highly detail-oriented.
    • A strong desire to achieve goals and focus on results.
    • Effective listening skills and ability to create rapport with clients.
    • Ability to concentrate on phone conversations while blocking out distractions.

    • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis (approx. 80% time spent on phone).
    • Schedule appointments for qualified leads for agents.
    • Conduct lead follow-up and tracking to include lead conversion rates.
    • Contact past clients and team’s sphere of influence to ask for referrals.
    • Report tracking metrics to leadership.
