    You have at least 5 years of real estate sales experience, and is a leader in your office. You have extremely high goals, and are looking for a vehicle to achieve those goals while helping to find and recruit passionate individuals who embrace our values and work ethic.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

    • Recruit and lead the 4 Mega Agent Offices
    • Implement the Vision of the Bob Lucido Team
    • Use the Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability
    • Consult the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention
    • Lead the development of associates to minimum average income per associate
    • Attain dominant market share in target markets
    • Build the 4 Mega Agent Offices to acceptable profitability
    • Consult the administrative staff and provide training opportunities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire)
    • Learn, memorize, and embody the Bob Lucido Team value
    • Share the Bob Lucido Team value with recruits
    • Train all agents on the Bob Lucido Team value
    • Lead sales and business meetings
    • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
    • Facilitate regular sales meetings
    • Conduct performance reviews for associates

    COMMUNICATIONS + INTERACTIONS

    • Sales Associates: set goals, plan, train, develop careers – daily
    • Lead Generation of Sales Associates: to join company – daily/weekly
    • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors: when problems arise – daily/weekly
    • CEO/COO:  monitor progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) – weekly

    INSIDE SALES AGENT – Ellicott City Office

    Are you an ACE on the phone? Do you have a strong desire to do what it takes to succeed and get the deal done? Then we want you! We are looking for a determined and enthusiastic INSIDE SALES AGENT to join The Bob Lucido Team of Keller Williams Integrity – the #1 Keller Williams Team in the World. We are seeking a professional individual who will embody our core values and exemplify our team philosophy of Integrity, Knowledge, Results. The candidate will be working with an energetic and dynamic team of real estate professionals to prospect and cultivate business. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, in our Ellicott City, MD office. Real Estate experience is a plus.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to memorize, practice and deliver prospecting scripts.
    • A consistently positive attitude and customer service mentality.
    • Organized, systematic and highly detail-oriented.
    • A strong desire to achieve goals and focus on results.
    • Effective listening skills and ability to create rapport with clients.
    • Ability to concentrate on phone conversations while blocking out distractions.
    • Ability to communicate with clients and team members in a warm but effective manner.
    • Takes direction and is coachable.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tool suite including Word and Excel.
    • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis (approx. 80% time spent on phone).
    • Schedule appointments for qualified leads for agents.
    • Conduct lead follow-up and tracking to include lead conversion rates.
    • Contact past clients and team’s sphere of influence to ask for referrals.
    • Report tracking metrics to leadership.
