    CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

    The objective of the Client Care Coordinator is to support the day to day on-goings of busy Real Estate Agents in a very busy real estate office. Prior Real Estate Transaction Coordination experience is required.

    Client Care Coordinator Responsibilities include:

    • Process real estate transactions from beginning to end, this includes listings, buyer’s contracts, rental transactions and Requests for Commission (RFCs) for Real Estate Agents
    • Consult and coordinate with Marketing, Staging and Photography teams to obtain property photos, staging, signage, lockbox, access requirements and marketing activities
    • Work with real estate software system to successfully create and close agent transactions
    • Perform final review and check all completed transactions for correct paperwork
    • Input client information into database system
    • Input all listing information into MLS as needed
    • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
    • Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems
    • Troubleshoot questions from agents regarding their transactions, commission checks
    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails

    Requirements:

    • Prior Real Estate Transaction Coordination experience is required
    • Maryland Real Estate License is preferred
    • Prior experience with MRIS is required, Dotloop and Salesforce are highly preferred
    • Ability to coordinate and communicate with staff and agents in a warm and helpful manner using exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our agents, maintaining a professional positive service-oriented attitude
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once with regards to communication, timely task completion, prioritization and accuracy while being cost-effective, resourceful and solutions oriented
    • Ability and Willingness to work as a team player, assisting others when needed

    DIGITAL + SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR 

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Are you a social media maven? Do you love learning new social media strategies while growing a brand’s online presence? Are you obsessed with reading analytics data and trying to find ways to improve? Do you think creatively, always searching for fresh and innovative ways to showcase your brand online? If your answer to the questions above is an ecstatic, “yes!” then you would be a great fit for our team.

    We are searching for a Digital + Social Media Maven to coordinate and execute the company’s social media strategy, working across key social media channels including Facebook Instagram, Twitter, & Pinterest. This role offers the candidate total immersion into a global real estate team’s aggressive multi-media marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with key members of the marketing department and staff to learn about social media, digital communications, and marketing in a business to business and business to consumer environment. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand among clients and candidates.

    DELIVERABLES:

    • Manage daily activity on all Lucido social media accounts across all brands
    • Running targeted ad campaigns on Facebook and other social accounts
    • Creating clever imagery to achieve a sophisticated aesthetic on Instagram
    • Effectively write captions, blog posts, ad campaigns and other digital marketing text
    • Participate and collaborate on projects displayed across multiple mediums
    • Work together with marketing department to use existing templates to produce marketing materials
    • Understand and utilize Search Engine Optimization skills, including Adwords, to help our team and website rank well on search engines  
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to develop and execute campaigns and tools to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
    • Understand Lucido branding standards
    • Contribute fresh ideas to keep our media and marketing compelling, relevant, and cutting-edge
    • Implement social media guidelines for the team and monitor social media usage by team members
    • Monitor and post on team Pinterest pages, in collaboration with the staging department
    • Monitor and post on team LinkedIn pages, in collaboration with the Director of Talent Acquisition

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Knowledge + Skills + Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree
    • 2-5 years of experience with digital media and/or marketing
    • Ability to write and produce content for a variety of mediums, including social media, blogging, email marketing, etc.
    • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and ability to run and analyze digital media campaigns
    • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Willingness to be collaborative and take direction, while also taking initiative to present and suggest new ideas and methods
    • Ability to consistently handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines without decreasing final product quality
    • Be receptive to receiving feedback on posted content and ads, and be able to take and implement that feedback to learn and improve
    • Extreme attention to detail and strong organization skills
    • Knowledge of file organization and storage
    • Keen eye for good design and layout
    • Interest and presence on social media for inspiration and awareness of real estate marketing industry, trends, ideas
    • Experience in real estate or marketing industries is a plus
    • Flexible work hours

    INSIDE SALES AGENT – Ellicott City Office

    Are you an ACE on the phone? Do you have a strong desire to do what it takes to succeed and get the deal done? Then we want you! We are looking for a determined and enthusiastic INSIDE SALES AGENT to join The Bob Lucido Team of Keller Williams Integrity – the #1 Keller Williams Team in the World. We are seeking a professional individual who will embody our core values and exemplify our team philosophy of Integrity, Knowledge, Results. The candidate will be working with an energetic and dynamic team of real estate professionals to prospect and cultivate business. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, in our Ellicott City, MD office. Real Estate experience is a plus.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to memorize, practice and deliver prospecting scripts.
    • A consistently positive attitude and customer service mentality.
    • Organized, systematic and highly detail-oriented.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis (approx. 80% time spent on phone).
    • Schedule appointments for qualified leads for agents.
    • Conduct lead follow-up and tracking to include lead conversion rates.
    • Contact past clients and team’s sphere of influence to ask for referrals.
    • Report tracking metrics to leadership.
