We have implemented safety procedures for all listings – this includes appointments, staging consultations, photo shoots, and showings. Our stagers and photographers wear gloves and booties while inside the home, and sellers are encouraged to step outside or maintain a 10-ft distance if remaining inside. We have educated and encouraged our sellers to adopt our showing safety guidelines to minimize potential risk while successfully marketing and selling their home. Our in-person Open Houses have been canceled through March 31, and any Broker Events and Career Nights have been postponed.

We have outlined showing safety guidelines for the showing agent and potential buyer while showing our listings, and we have advised our agents and buyer clients to follow these same guidelines while viewing any properties.

Our team has been utilizing virtual technology in our daily business for quite some time, and we will certainly continue to do so now. Paperwork and documents can be signed electronically and remotely, allowing for transactions to be conveniently carried out securely and promptly, all from the comfort of your home.

For clients and potential clients looking to speak with us, we offer a variety of options to connect, including:

  • Virtual buyer consultation with one of our agents
  • Virtual listing appointment with one of our agents
  • Live video tour of homes you would like to view prior to making an offer
  • Virtual open house of your listing

You may be wondering how this event will impact the real estate market and your property value. We recommend scheduling a personalized consultation with a Bob Lucido Team agent. Feel free to contact us to set up a time to chat or meet virtually.

We’re here for you if you have any questions. And if there is anything we can do for you, please let us know.

Our thoughts, gratitude, and best wishes go to our healthcare and government personnel as they work tirelessly to help us get through this challenging time.
