- We approached the sale of our home with a lot of trepidation---high interest rates, low inventory and inflationary pressures on families everywhere. But once we were set with our new home, we jumped right in and gave the Lucido Team a call. Within two hours, Bob was in our home working his magic. He sold us on his Team's approach, and we moved forward. We then thought the tough work would begin; however, the Lucido Team made it relatively easy. Okay..yes, the stager's report was an eye opener. But we accomplished almost everything in the report and it was so worth it---after staging, the home really showed itself. And then there's the Lucido Team's front office staff---always willing to answer a question and provide necessary information--nice working with them. But the real gems in the sale were Bob and Tracy. Absolutely wonderful people, extremely professional and they know real estate. The combined experience levels of Bob and Tracy Lucido are extremely impressive and worked to sell our home during a very challenging time in the real estate market. Bob guided us from the initial point of doing updates on our home to be competitive in the market, through the listing, showing, and closing of the sale on our home. I wanted to make sure I got the best price for my home sale, and I knew I needed some updates. Bob was professional, courteous and helpful in our first meeting, providing me free advice and putting me in touch with his Team's "Staged & Styled" consultant. A no-pressure initial meeting, that got me off on the first foot. His expert met with me, and gave me a customized report, and we didn't even had a listing agreement signed! This was just his Team's support - free. It was excellent. Leading up to the sale, the entire Team was excellent about the process, the needs, and what to expect. At one point in my house preparations, I got a little stuck, I called the team, and they pointed me to an expert that they've worked with, who IMMEDIATELY responded, and got my issues fully taken care of. This roster of professionals, and the breadth of services that came with working with the Lucido team, was EXACTLY what I needed, and was what I had hoped for when I selected Bob and his Team. I got the price I wanted, which was my asking price, within days, and the Closing was just 6 weeks after the open house. (Speaking of which, the Open House material was absolutely fantastic!!)
